Exciting news, racing fans! Sara Misir, Jamaica’s first Formula Woman racer, is set to make waves in the Group 4 class at ENET Caribbean Clash of Champions in Guyana!
Sara has quickly risen through the ranks, making her international motorsport career debut in 2022 in the prestigious GT Cup Championship in the UK, competing as part of the Formula Woman Team for McLaren Customer Racing in the British GT Cup Championship.
Back on her home turf at the Dover Raceway, Sara has been unstoppable, securing a hat-trick of victories in three consecutive JRDC meets. This remarkable feat crowned her the 2022 JRDC Modified Production 3 and the TS1 Classes Champion.
But Sara is no ordinary competitor. Before she transitioned to motorsports, she was a dedicated equestrian, showcasing her resilience and tenacity even after a serious accident that resulted in a broken jaw and fractured skull. After a challenging 6-month recovery, Sara has proven she’s as tough as they come.
Now, she’s ready to take on the Group 4 competition and show that she’s a force to be reckoned with, giving the men a run for their money!
