Shawn Persaud, who in the past has fronted challenges to Team Mohamed’s black GT-R, commonly called Goliath, is the architect behind the steaming rise of Deryck Jaisingh’s Toyot
a Supra which seems to be the new locally-built beast.
As such, the S&D Performance powered Supra is creating a serious hype over its possible power and ability to pip Goliath on Sunday at South Dakota Circuit.
During a News Room visit to the base at Sarah Johanna, East Bank Demerara, on Friday, Persaud expressed confidence on their level of readiness.
“We got the Supra working really well now and I am hoping to go out and give the fans a really good time, and we will produce some good times as well. Our driver and owner is performing really well so I am confident of this race meet.”
