Mark Vieira on pole for Group 4 2WD with a 1:02.140 lap time, as team Guyana starts the weekend strong in Barbados!
Defending CMRC 4WD champion Andrew King was not far off the pace and will start 4th on the grid.
Vieira’s pole position is the second consecutive one of the 2018 CMRC season.
Team Guyana also secured pole in the Superbikes class with Team Mohamed’s rider Matt Truelove doing the fastest time of 1:02.937.
Late addition to Team Mohamed’s, Harry Truelove, brother of Matt, wasn’t far off the pace in his first showing for the team and will start second.
Matthew Vieira ensures a team Guyana top 3 with the third quickest time in qualifying.
First timer at the Bushy Park Circuit, Raviero Tucker managed to secure 6th position even though he had very little track time before qualifying.
Our lone Group 2 representative and president of GMR&SC. Rameez Mohamed secured the 3rd fastest time in qualifying.
